BREED: Quarterhorse (Out of registered stock, but no papers)

GENDER: Gelding

HEIGHT: 14 hands 825 lbs.

BIO: Tag #1636, Sheldon, somehow found himself at the border port in Texas as a stray. We do not know for certain but it’s possible he escaped the holding pens in Mexico or Texas. He was picked up, vetted by USDA as a stray, and sent to auction where he was purchased by a kill buyer. Sheldon is unhandled and will begin basic training soon.

UPDATE: Sheldon is now halter broken, leads, ties, and is good for the farrier. He’s friendly and always wants to know what you’re doing. He’s pretty laid back and likes to check everything out.

HANDLER EXPERIENCE: Advanced Beginner and up

AGE: 1 Year Old (2021)

ADOPTION FEE: $500
